Langford & Low Construction is seeking a Controller to be based in their Portland, ME office. The Controller will be an integral part of the senior management team and needs to be a motivated self-starter, with good communication skills and a professional attitude.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. While a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred, we value practical skills even more! Your understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and risk management will play a crucial role in our operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have great communication skills, you might be a perfect fit for our company culture. Experience with Sage 100 or Sage 300 (CRE or just plain 300) is a plus!
