About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional to lead people operations across our growing construction and property management organization. In this role, you'll manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and performance—while driving strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level hires
  • Partner with external recruiters on senior and managerial roles
  • Guide onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure compliance and a great employee experience

HRIS Management & Process Optimization

  • Lead and optimize HRIS operations to ensure accurate records and smooth workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure data integrity, and drive system improvements

Compliance & Policy Leadership

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to reflect current legal and policy requirements
  • Manage all required compliance reporting in a timely and accurate manner

Learning, Development & Training

  • Implement and oversee employee training and development programs
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Lead open enrollment and resolve benefits-related questions and concerns

Confidentiality & Ethical Standards

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Uphold strict ethical standards across all HR functions

Strategic HR & Culture Building

Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement people-focused strategies

Research and apply emerging HR trends to support employee engagement, inclusion, and growth

Create HR policies that drive belonging and innovation across the company

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in generalist roles
  • Experience in construction or property management is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in BambooHR or other leading HRIS systems
  • Solid knowledge of federal and multi-state labor regulations
  • Strong skills in recruitment, compliance, benefits, and performance management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
