Who are we?

A technology startup that was born to democratize the highest quality strength training. Basically, we have created a gym tracker and a software that allows the coach to collect data and understand better the athlete's performance with useful insights and real-time feedback


The Role

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in the success of the company by developing the top of the sales funnel. This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your communication skills, your work ethic and your ability to stay focused and follow a plan. It is also a great apprenticeship where we will help you develop your sales skills. You will be working in a B2B Software company. This is the economic sector that has seen the biggest growth in recent years. Perspectives are that it will continue to be like this. Vitruve caters to the Sports Industry and your role will have a focus on the US Market. We currently work with world renowned teams and universities such as Stanford University, UCLA and the Cleveland Guardians. You will be working for a startup. We follow a process and a methodology, but we like to test new things and make changes in our processes based on the data of our experiments. We would like you to think critically and be part of our experimentation culture. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in the sports industry.




What are we looking for?
  • 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative Role. Outbound experience is a plus.
  • English Bilingüal/Native Level.
  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or Human Sciences
  • Aspiration for a career in sales as Account Executive
  • Some knowledge of the American Sports Market is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone


Key Responsibilities
  • Find companies for different target markets, buyer personas and their contact information including email, phone number and socials.
  • Organize the contact information you have found on Excel to import to our CRM.
  • Contact potential clients according to your list or a list that will be provided to you through email, cold calling, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Qualify if there are business possibilities through phone calls, email, or other forms of communication
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
  • Comply with or exceed the sales development objectives
  • We are looking for more enthusiasm and willingness to learn than specific experience.


Your Profile
  • English Bilingüal/Native Level.
  • 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative Role. Outbound experience is a plus.
  • You want to start a career in the sales department in B2B technology environments
  • You have a commercial nature
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are comfortable with the idea of speaking with clients on the phone
  • Speaking English fluently is a must
  • Knowledge of Excel and good technology skills
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, organized and you like to work for objectives
  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • English Bilingüal/Native Level.
