To keep winning, we need a team of the best. For the Laba Group team in Hungary, we are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist fluent in Hungarian. This role involves managing the daily operations of the Sales Department and ensuring everything runs smoothly.


What will be on your task list:

  • Task management: Oversee lead distribution, prioritize daily calls, and manage deals.
  • CRM and Systems: Maintain and update CRM, other systems, and telephony systems, addressing technical issues and ensuring accurate data.
  • Performance Oversight: Track KPIs, provide feedback, compile reports, and calculate salaries.
  • Training and Onboarding: Support employee onboarding by conducting training sessions on using CRM and payment systems.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, payment reconciliations, access control, and course reminders.
  • Quality Control: Monitor call recordings, check lead quality, and ensure compliance with processes.
  • Operational Support: Assist with contracts, handle database updates, and maintain key operational spreadsheets.

  • Fluency in Hungarian and upper-intermediate English skills (B2 level).
