Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and motivated Sales Enablement Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be working with the Managing Director of our Private Client business in supporting them achieve their growth targets. This role requires a process-driven individual who will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of strategies set by the Managing Director. We are looking for a high performer with the track record to demonstrate this.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all sales processes. Operational excellence in this role involves streamlining and enhancing sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhancing conversions, the quality of our accounts, and ensuring a high level of consistency and quality in sales deliverables.
This role also includes a keen focus on key income drivers, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Sales Enablement Director will play a pivotal role in our businesses success, enhancing our sales team's skills and capabilities, and ensuring our growth objectives are met.
