Overview:

Join our team at Leapsome as a Content Marketing Intern, where you’ll help craft and optimize impactful content that boosts brand visibility, drives business growth, and engages our audience. Reporting to the Content Lead, you’ll bring creative strategies to life with focus and flair and will play a key role in laying a key in executing impactful and innovative strategies. This role is for between 6 - 12 months, with the possibility to extend, and based in Berlin (min. one office day per week).

What is your job?

• Participate in content creation efforts, including blog posts, customer testimonials, software comparison pages, webinars, website copy, and more

• Assist in the quality assurance of web content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and SEO best practices

• Contribute to the upkeep and revision of content guidelines, ensuring all documentation is current and effective

• Support the maintenance and updating of website content, including refreshing imagery and screenshots, and ensuring technical accuracy

• Contribute to content repurposing efforts by creating additional assets from our content like snippets, short-form videos, social posts etc.

• Perform basic SEO tasks like keyword research, link updates, and metadata optimization to enhance website visibility and user engagement

• Help track and report content performance metrics (pageviews, conversions, engagement) and suggest improvements based on insights

• Stay informed about industry trends and contribute ideas to strengthen the content marketing strategy

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree and strong interest in content marketing, digital marketing strategies, and storytelling

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging, accurate content

• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail

• Strong proficiency in English (C2-equivalent), with robust writing skills; German language proficiency is a plus — not a requirement!

• Willingness to learn about SEO and how to use tools like Google Analytics, Figma, and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow)

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
