Marketing Manager

Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for a role that combines career growth with a supportive work-life balance? The UES Texas Region is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will drive forward-thinking marketing strategies and lead the pursuit process across Central and South Texas. You’ll also have a chance to refine your leadership skills by mentoring team members and contributing to the region’s strategic marketing plan.

As a hybrid role, this position can be based in either Central Texas or North Texas.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate and oversee the go/no-go decision-making process for pursuit initiatives.
  • Lead the pursuit process from strategy development to final layout and production for Central and South Texas.
  • Support sales and operations teams by preparing compelling marketing collateral for meetings and events.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the region’s communications lead to provide social media content and project profiles.
  • Manage orders for promotional and apparel items for local teams, as needed.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 7+ years in a marketing or communications role, with experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with CRM databases is a plus.
  • Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork & Autonomy: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
