Canvasser Team Lead

Legacy Restoration is seeking an experienced (OPS) Canvassing Leader to join our growing team. As an OPS team leader, you'll canvass neighborhoods, schedule free inspections and sales appointments, acting as a brand ambassador with your team. As the OPS leader, you'll have the opportunity to grow and oversee your own team of canvassers, guiding them to target neighborhoods to set appointments for free exterior inspections and consultative appointments. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing comprehensive day-to-day training and support to your local canvassing team, both in the office and in the field.
  • Leading by example and actively participating in neighborhood canvassing, going door to door.
  • Effectively setting appointments for complimentary, no-obligation exterior inspections and sales appointments.
  • Conducting interviews, training, onboarding, and recruiting new team members.
  • Collaborating to track personal and team performance, meet hiring goals, select optimal lead generation opportunities, and enhance overall production and department efficiency.

  • Previous team development experience required

  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable vehicle and smart phone
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work hard and put in extra effort to increase earnings potential
