Digital Marketing Analytics Manager

LHH is currently looking for a great digital marketing analytics manager for one of our clients. This role is fully remote but must be based in either Florida or Tennessee.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting:• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).• Conduct deep dives into website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.Dashboard Creation:• Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.Campaign Performance:• Evaluate ROI and other key metrics for paid campaigns.• Provide recommendations to enhance targeting, creatives, and overall campaign strategy.• Collaborate with media buying teams to test and optimize campaigns.Web Analytics:• Analyze user behavior and engagement across websites to identify areas for improvement.• Set up and manage tags using Google Tag Manager or similar tools.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.• 5+ years in a digital marketing analytics role.• Proven track record of analyzing paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and website performance.• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using advanced visualization tools.Healthcare or Agency Experience is a BIG PLUS
