- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Must have completed a Master's program and be out of the supervision stage.
- Hybrid role!
- Child &/or Adolescent Therapist (Play Therapy certification or training in a PLUS)
Lifestance Health is growing! Currently we have 3 office locations, Lehi, Murray and Riverton within the Greater Salt Lake vicinity, with plans to expand to additional 2 locations in Bountiful and Pleasant Grove, Utah.
