Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Monitor, engage, and build relationships with audiences through native platform interaction.

  • Implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.

  • Track performance metrics, create monthly reports, and leverage insights to optimize content.

  • Manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and ensuring consistent brand voice.

  • Coordinate monthly offers and marketing campaigns with sales managers.

  • Create visual assets and copy for digital campaigns and dealership promotions.

  • Oversee community relations initiatives, including:

  • Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed by management.
