Regional Marketing Coordinator – Michigan
Location: Troy, Farmington Hills, Romeo, Ann Arbor, or Detroit Metro
Compensation: $20.00-26.00/hr. DOE

About the Role:
As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement across regional dealerships. You’ll lead the planning and execution of local marketing events and manage regional social media channels to align with business goals and drive foot traffic. You’ll collaborate with store leadership, corporate marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging marketing experiences that represent our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute community-facing events such as car shows, dealership open houses, test drive activations, OEM partnerships, and sponsored events.
Manage logistics: venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site event execution.
Collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams (co-op, legal, compliance) for event alignment and approvals.
Evaluate and report on event performance and ROI.
Attend events across regional dealership locations to ensure successful execution.
Regional Social Media Management
Create and implement local social media strategies that align with national brand goals.
Produce engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor social channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage community engagement.
Work with the content team to produce localized, relevant campaigns and promotions.
Stay informed on social media trends, automotive industry updates, and regional marketing best practices.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on social and campaign success.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on event management and/or social media.
Background in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
