Support Teacher

Little Sprouts is currently seeking a Certified Support Teacher to join our team in Stratham. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 New England Early Learning Centers that prioritizes employee experience. We are closed the week between Christmas and New Year, offering you a guaranteed week of paid time off upon hire and access to health benefits on your first day of employment!

 

Our School Director at Stratham has over 18 years of experience in ECE and is a trusted and dedicated mentor.

 

Our school is easily accessible off Route 101, close to local restaurants, and much more!

Competitive Pay Range: $17-$21+ /per hour.


A typical day looks like
  • Manage classroom daily needs to support your student's health and well-being.
  • Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.
  • Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning.


Qualifications
  • Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
  • EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
  • Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.


Requirements
  • Available to work 10:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday.
  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
  • Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
  • Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
