Our client is currently seeking a SLP-A for the 2024-2025 school year!This job will have the following responsibilities:• Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication disorders in students• Document and maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, goals, and treatment sessions.• Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, incorporating various techniques and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.• Implement therapeutic interventions and treatment plans under the supervision and guidance of the SLP.• Follows and implements documented IEP plans and provides progress monitoring.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree Speech-Language Pathology or qualifying degrees• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Delaware State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology AssistantIf this is something you are interested in please apply for immediate consideration!Sneha Ballakur Healthcare RecruiterThe Judge Group
