About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a driven, high-energy, professional to join our team as a Customer Advocate (New Business Sales). At LogicManager, we take a customer-first approach, prioritizing respect, integrity, and trust in every interaction. Rather than focusing on traditional sales tactics, we empower prospective customers to solve their challenges through a consultative, value-driven process. With our inbound marketing-driven customer acquisition model and innovative guided sales platform, you’ll have the tools and support needed to deliver real, impactful results.


What is Customer Advocacy?

As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for the entire new customer acquisition lifecycle. You’ll clarify customer needs, highlight priorities, and demonstrate how our software solutions align with those needs. This is more than just sales – it’s about building meaningful relationships that help our customers succeed.


What You'll Do:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage 1:1 with potential customers, understanding their challenges and aligning them with our solution packages during initial and subsequent conversations.
  • Journey Guidance: Guide prospects through the customer journey, highlighting how LogicManager can address their risks and realize their objectives.
  • Lead Management: Manage a pipeline of inbound qualified leads, initiating and nurturing relationships with prospective customers.
  • Product Demo: Demo LogicManager’s software to leads generated through inbound marketing.
  • Professional Development: Achieve qualifications in our leading solution areas, including Enterprise Risk Management, Security & Privacy, and more.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and tech teams to refine existing solutions or launch new products.
  • Value Contribution: Offer your insights, strategies, and vision to reinforce our company's values, culture, and future aspirations.


About You and What Skills You'll Need:
  • Experience: 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Soft Skills: You bring outstanding communication skills, a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and advanced reading comprehension. With a positive, accountable mindset, you're goal-oriented and consistently track your progress to achieve objectives.
  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
