All employees within Logistics UK, who have access to learners, will be checked as to their suitability to work with learners.  Our procedures are in line with statutory requirements and as outlined in KCSIE 2022 Part Three: Safer Recruitment.   The successful applicant will be required to provide two satisfactory references and agree to an enhanced DBS check. We will also ask for information related to previous convictions if you are shortlisted for an interview.

Please note that a previous conviction does not automatically disqualify you from a role unless you are barred from working with children or adults. We will conduct a thorough risk assessment to evaluate the age, context, and relevance of the conviction(s) to the position.
