About the Role

The GTM Analytics team supports our customer facing teams and works cross-functionally to enable and support the growth of the company with data driven insights and decisions. The Analytics Manager role is for someone that excels at telling compelling stories at scale, communicating complex ideas with clarity, precision, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL, data visualization (Tableau preferred) and proficient in developing scalable data models. They will also serve as a technical and thought leader, who is able to lead deep analysis projects, complete ad-hoc requests, build source of truth reporting, and create outputs that efficiently go out to all customers. 


As a senior individual contributor, the Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading larger projects such as self-serve strategy, metrics layers, custom QBR automation, topic deep dives, and building analytics partnerships with other teams such as clinical, product marketing, and data science. Additionally, the Analytics Manager will play a critical role in mentoring and developing junior team members.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale analytics projects such as self-serve strategy, metrics layer, and custom QBR automation, delivering insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.
  • Create scalable solutions. Identify opportunities to shift away from ad-hoc reporting to user friendly self-serve reporting and automation. 
  • Collaborate with data engineering, data science, customer success, and GTM teams to improve data foundations, define company wide metrics, and ensure we’re creating outputs that deliver value to our customers. 
  • Draw actionable insights with minimal guidance and create clear presentations to convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct business metric analyses such as defining metrics/KPIs and building operational dashboards to monitor performance against targets and analyze top business drivers. 
  • Be a key thought partner to other teams and lead analytical efforts to surface external-facing product insights and work cross-functionally to resolve operational issues. 
  • Become the subject matter expert in multiple areas of the business to address internal and external inquiries, as well as be an active stakeholder in exploratory projects, growth/scaling, process improvements, etc.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Analytics/Data Science or other related field. Master’s preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, corporate strategy, or other relevant experience (Analytics heavy). 
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with large data sets, statistics and drawing meaningful insights 
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau.  Experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and create structure. 
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present actionable insights 


$106,000 - $163,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Analytics Manager (GTM) position is $106,000 - $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
