Marketing Intern

As a boutique fintech company, we provide our employees unique opportunities to gain extensive exposure to various problems and be challenged to find solutions to impact our business. As an Intern you will spend 10 weeks gaining firsthand experience working as a contributing member of the RapidRatings team. Through our Program’s Core Curriculum, you can look forward to your summer with us be guided every step of the way, exposing you to all facets of the Company and the industry we operate in.


At the end of the summer, our goal for all interns is that they leave the program with enough hands-on experience to help them to make guided and educated decisions about the next steps they take on their career paths. Altogether, interns will walk away from RapidRatings with knowledge of more than just the area they were designated to work with for the summer.


About the Opportunity:


Join our organization as a Marketing Intern! The Marketing Intern will work across our marketing team to support social media, digital marketing, and content creation initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing for a fast-growing fintech company.


Responsibilities include:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Assist in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including search, display, and social ads
  • Support the development of marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and infographics
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating and prospecting emails and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics

What We’re Looking For:


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn

Our NYC and Boston offices are open with continued options of hybrid on-site/remote working. That said, it is important that the student in this role be based in the greater NYC area. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore suitable options.
