Opportunity: 


We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager as one of the fundamental members to own our martech stack, campaign execution, and reporting. This role is critical in driving scalable, efficient, and data-driven growth strategies. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the systems, tools, processes, and insights that enable Monograph to achieve our growth goals. You will partner closely with growth marketing, product marketing, sales, revenue operations and data teams to set up impactful campaigns and provide actionable insights that will inform our marketing strategy. 


What you will be responsible for:


  • Transform our current marketing automation practice, including managing our martech stack, segmentation, lead scoring, attribution, and program execution. Build a 0 to 1 marketing operations strategy that sets our marketing function up to scale successfully 
  • Ensure data integrity across Hubspot, Salesforce, BI tools and other marketing platforms
  • Ensure leads are being properly tracked, routed and optimized through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Set up marketing campaigns in various growth channels and continue to develop scalable and automated processes
  • Establish marketing team’s reporting dashboards with KPIs. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and trends. Provide insights into campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, budget allocation, and pipeline forecasting
  • Partner with sales and revenue operations team to ensure that our marketing processes are aligned with sales processes
  • Partner with growth marketing on budget tracking and reporting


What you’ll bring to the table


  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience required, certification is a strong plus
  • Highly analytical and proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics and BI platforms. Strong ability to translate ambiguous data sets into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue motion and marketing funnel
  • Superb communication and influence abilities. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with growth marketing, product marketing, sales, revenue ops, and data teams
  • Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action. You have a mentality of “no task is too small”
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

 

Compensation range: $120,000 - $130,000
