About the Role – Global Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive, self-driven Marketing Manager to lead the global expansion of the platform, with a focus on key markets such as the US, EU, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibilities spanning marketing, sales, community building, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll need to be culturally sensitive, a confident communicator, and excited to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute high-potential marketing and business growth opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Conduct deep research into target markets and design localized strategies.

  • Assess market entry feasibility and provide data-driven recommendations for new products or regions.

  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to position in emerging markets.

  • Define a long-term strategic vision for each local market and update it regularly.

  • Strengthen brand positioning while optimizing revenue management.

  • Build and manage online communities (Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Telegram) to support and engage customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product-market fit and growth initiatives.

  • Continuously monitor market trends and performance, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in E-commerce or Product Marketing; cross-border e-commerce experience is a big plus.

  • Strong business acumen and growth mindset, with experience scaling international businesses or teams.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online communities.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
