Job Description

As an Instructional Designer, you will run a centralized Training Team under the Project leadership. The centralized training team provides direct support to CFTs and centrally develops core curriculum guidance, training standards, implement best training practices, own the training process improvement/evaluation program for the organization. These are full-time roles available in Lorton, VA. You will:

  • Manage the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs.
  • Separate training packages and syllabi for leaders, operators/analysts, maintainers, and network/system administrators. 
  • Provide training support to training exercises as required for fielded versions of the system. 
  • Collaborate with trainers, government stakeholders, contractor product owner, and Development leads as appropriate to understand training priorities and requirements based on the most recent PI and upcoming training milestones.

Qualifications

  • Clearance requirement: Secret
  • Education: Bachelors degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.
  • Experience with DoD or NSA engineering projects is desired.
  • Agile experience required
