Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer at MAXISIQ, you will manage the design and delivery of various training programs, both classroom and technology-based. Your responsibilities include creating training packages and syllabi tailored for different roles, collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs, and supporting training exercises for fielded systems. Your role is crucial in refining training standards and implementing best practices across the organization.

To be considered for the Instructional Designer role at MAXISIQ, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree along with 5 or more years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience. Additionally, candidates must possess a Secret clearance, and familiarity with DoD or NSA projects is highly desirable. Experience in agile methodologies will also be beneficial for success in this role.

An Instructional Designer at MAXISIQ will be involved in various training initiatives, including the development of classroom and technology-based training programs tailored for diverse roles such as leaders, operators/analysts, maintainers, and system administrators. This position will require creating specific training packages and syllabi that resonate with the different learning needs of each role within the organization.

While prior experience with DoD projects is highly desirable for the Instructional Designer position at MAXISIQ, it is not strictly required. Candidates with relevant experience in similar technical training environments or those possessing strong alternative qualifications may also be considered. The key is to demonstrate the ability to develop effective instructional programs that meet the needs of the organization.
