Job Description

Are you an organized and results-driven professional with a passion for community impact? MBI Health Services, LLC, is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Administrator to lead and manage our PSH department. As the primary liaison to the Department of Human Services (DHS), you will work closely with the Program Manager and Director of Community Programs to oversee administrative components, track staff clearances and trainings, and manage Medicaid billing data.

This role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop efficient tracking systems. You will also represent the program at monthly DHS Providers meetings, sharing relevant program operation and outcome data.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with all HAC contract deliverables.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a tracking system for real-time data on Navigation and Stabilization visits to meet Medicare requirements.

  • Coordinate with the MBI billing department on monthly Medicaid billing, aiming for 90% billing each month.

  • Coordinate with PSHP administrative staff to develop and maintain an electronic records system for all PSHP participants in Credible.

  • Coordinate with MBI Human Resources to monitor staff clearances, ensuring timely renewals and submission in HTH.

  • Coordinate with the PSHP Program team to ensure the timely submission of required documents (e.g., HAP applications, lease documents).

  • Establish written policies and procedures for PSHP.

 

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.

  • Master’s Degree in a business-related field with at least two years of experience, or six years of experience in Business Management with demonstrated skills in data management and outcome tracking.

  • Advanced skills in data management and data reporting.

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines within budget constraints.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in Medicaid Billing (preferred).
