Revenue Operations Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Revenue Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize revenue-driving processes across the customer journey, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through our tech stack.

 

  • Systems & Tools Management: Support the configuration and maintenance of revenue operations tools, ensuring proper integration and data flow between platforms to enable seamless operations.

 

  • Cross-functional Support: Provide technical and operational support to revenue-generating teams, helping them leverage available tools and processes effectively to achieve their objectives.

 

  • Data Quality & Analytics: Maintain data integrity across revenue systems, develop and monitor KPIs, and create reports that drive actionable insights for business decision-making.

 

  • Process Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for revenue operations processes, conduct training sessions, and ensure consistent adoption of best practices across teams.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role with demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and revenue-driving processes, HubSpot preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot prefered) systems and revenue operations tools
    • Experience with workflow automation and system integration
    • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

 

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of revenue operations principles and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives

 

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
