Italian Speaking Helpdesk Analyst

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients needing technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues regarding software, hardware, and services.
- Maintain thorough documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Guide clients with practical advice on how to optimize the use of our products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems when appropriate.
- Solicit client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product developments and support techniques.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and support.
- Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
- A proactive individual who can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to accommodate client demands.
