Italian Speaking Helpdesk Analyst

Mercier Consultancy is in search of a talented Italian Speaking Helpdesk Analyst to enhance our support team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our valued Italian-speaking clients. Your expertise in both technology and customer service will ensure our clients receive effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients needing technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues regarding software, hardware, and services.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Guide clients with practical advice on how to optimize the use of our products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems when appropriate.
  • Solicit client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product developments and support techniques.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and support.
  • Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
  • A proactive individual who can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours as needed to accommodate client demands.
