- Troubleshoot any issues related to orders and account management promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service and offerings.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
