Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in German for inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage advice, and order management.
- Provide detailed information about product ingredients and benefits.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and new product launches to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.

- Ability to understand and convey product details effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software or tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
