German Speaking Customer Service for Beauty & Skincare Products Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Beauty & Skincare Products Department. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our range of beauty and skincare products. Your responsibilities will include answering questions about product ingredients, usage recommendations, order statuses, and addressing any concerns regarding purchases. If you have a passion for beauty and skincare and enjoy helping customers achieve their skincare goals, we would love for you to be part of our team.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in German for inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
  • Assist customers with product selection, usage advice, and order management.
  • Provide detailed information about product ingredients and benefits.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and new product launches to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to understand and convey product details effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
