Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department for one of our clients. In this key Entry Level role, you will deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations and ensuring a memorable hospitality experience.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you guide customers through our booking system, answer inquiries about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions, and address any concerns they may have during their booking process. You will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to room availability, rates, and special requests
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions concerning bookings and hotel services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather and relay feedback from clients to continuously enhance our hospitality offerings

  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
