A fast growing Ag Retail company has an exciting opportunity and is looking for an experienced Agronomy Sales person. They are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to work directly with farmers to promote the proper use of crop protection products, plant food, seed, precision agriculture and other services.
We currently have an opportunity available for a full-time Seed Sales Specialist to provide our customers with the best sales experience we can offer. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of sales experience. The right person must be able to multi-task effectively, accurately and learn quickly. You must have working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft CRM and must be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of the department and company and be able to recognize, initiate and lead improvement activities. This position requires considerable initiative, judgment, tact, and discretion.
Duties and responsibilities:
Work with President and General Manager to establish directions and sales goals for marketing activities
Qualifications and Skills:
Salary = $65,000 - $85,000, plus commission
