ReMatter: SDR Manager
Remote or Hybrid in Los Angeles (Santa Monica)
The Opportunity:
ReMatter is a fast-growing start-up creating the modern operating system for the industrial scrap recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). Our customers represent the largest industrial metal recyclers around the world tasked with repurposing industrial and consumer scrap into new materials.
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Manager to lead and expand our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. You'll play a crucial role in driving our pipeline generation strategy and developing top-tier sales talent.
You’ll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and scaling our SDR presence. You'll work closely with other GTM leaders, as well as our Sales and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and optimize our sales pipeline. This role reports to our Senior Vice President of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
Implement and refine sales development strategies, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency and results
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales,and Product teams to develop effective outreach campaigns and messaging
Set individual and team performance metrics, and regularly track and report on performance
Work closely with our Account Executive team to ensure clean handoffs and feedback loops for qualified opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies and positioning
Actively participate in the evolution of our sales strategy and revenue growth as a company
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacit
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling SDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and pipeline management
Excellent coaching and mentorship skills with the ability to develop top-performing SDRs
Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management with an aptitude for operations and systems management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement systems including Outreach and Salesforce
Nice to Have:
Experience prospecting into non-technical industries
Knowledge of or experience with the scrap metal or recycling industries
