You do this by managing the delivery of the prioritised work for our in-game tech which includes plugins for major game engines such as Unreal Engine and Unity, SDKs for C# and C++ and other associated technology of our UGC service.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering top-notch features across our in-game tech stack, which powers user-generated content (UGC) success for games using mod.io. You'll manage the delivery of high-priority work, ensuring that major plugins for game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity, as well as SDKs for C# and C++, are delivered with precision and on time. As a Scrum Master / Producer, you’ll convert priorities from the Head of Game Services into actionable sprint plans, juggling multiple features, bug fixes, and enhancements with ease. Your deep understanding of mod.io's tech will help you address tech issues, studio requests, and product priorities, making you an essential part of our vibrant team. Not only will you engage with our tech leads to refine complex requests, but you’ll also ensure that every task is well-documented and ready for the developers and QA teams. With daily stand-ups and collaborative problem-solving, you'll lead the charge to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone with a passion for gaming, a solid technical background in C++ or C#, and an agile mindset.
