MoxiWorks is a leading property technology SaaS company founded by one of the industry’s leading real estate brokerage companies. With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We seek, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, a dynamic Head of Product Marketing to spearhead our global product marketing initiatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging that sets our SaaS product apart in a competitive landscape.
With a focus on scaling our messaging across North America and the ANZ region, you’ll manage product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop compelling sales and marketing materials. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our product marketing team, driving market leadership, and contributing to our rapid growth phase. This leadership role requires hands-on work and is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead global go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing products.
- Monitor and understand the product technology landscape, including market trends and competitors.
- Develop positioning that differentiates the product in the market.
- Apply best practices for product launches, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies.
- Manage product launches and releases, both internally and externally.
- Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams and customers.
- Support the promotion of our products externally through our website, campaigns, press releases, webinars, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing of mid-market B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for product-led growth experience. Experience in marketing SaaS tools to B2C audiences is also beneficial.
- Experience with end-to-end product launches in mid-market-focused B2B products.
- Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Outstanding messaging and storytelling skills to a business buyer.
- Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven.
- Ability and willingness to be in the office 3 days/week.
The range for this role is up to CAD$214k + up to 10% bonus depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include:
