Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, organized and detailed Warranty Auditor to execute warranty audits, on-site and remote, for a global leading automotive brand in the USA. The successful candidate will manage the documentation and prepare for each audit, conduct the audit, communicate with dealer and the brand on the results and report out on the activities. Other related tasks can be assigned that provide support for the main activities.
The candidate will report to the Brand Audit Manager for day-to-day activities and to the local MSX Delivery Manager for employment related issues.

As a Warranty Auditor, you'll conduct thorough audits, both on-site and remotely, meticulously managing documentation and actively communicating with dealers and the brand about your findings. Your role will include identifying inefficiencies and offering well-thought-out recommendations based on established brand policies. You'll lead meetings, present clear findings, and ensure that discussions remain factual and productive. To excel, you should have at least 5 years of experience in automotive warranty auditing and a minimum of 2 years in a project or process management role. A background in the automotive field is essential, along with strong knowledge of automotive technology. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
