Job Description

What you will do:

Reporting to the Content and Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimising digital engagement strategies across email marketing, content creation, and SEO.  You will focus on building and maintaining high-performing email campaigns, driving audience growth, and ensuring content is aligned with SEO best practices

What you will bring:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data-driven performance improvements, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.  You will also have:

  • 3+ years experience and exposure to email marketing, SEO, and content creation
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (e.g.Contentful, Semrush)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise digital engagement efforts
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience collaborating with developers, UX designers, and marketing teams
