Job Description

Team presentation and main goal:

The CRM officer, part of the CSG organization aims to be the bridge between Business and CSG production. Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of communication and providing an end-to-end support for cases. Key tasks:

  • Communication
  • Prioritization and Coordination
  • Facilitation

Main tasks and goals:

The CRM Officer will be the key point of contact for the Front Office an onboarding and annual review process.

Prioritization and coordination

  • Identify the Business priorities
  • Coordination with CSG, Compliance, other HUB, NIM client Services to ensure the finalization of the vetting process in the deadline

Monitoring

  • Prepare reports using KYC dashboard
  • Provide a comprehensive and accurate overview of Global CSG production, mainly KYC on a weekly communication
  • Determine the necessary actions on the Front side with a focus on outstanding cases
  • Conduct meetings with the Business to ensure an efficient workflow
  • Support escalation done by analyst and formalize action using WMT
  • Being able to provide explicit and accurate update on production status
  • Raise issue and attention to management

Improvement of the chain

  • Make recommendations /suggestions to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve the existing one;
  • Be a force of proposition to constantly improve client service quality and streamline our processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant area;
  • Strong computer skills especially in Excel, and PowerBI;
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory);
  • Strong communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
