Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking to hire a Subject Matter Expert to join our talented delivery team in support of a Federal Agency. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise in ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) suites, including experience advising on best practices, driving adoption, supporting agile release cycles, and optimizing enterprise platform performance.

This role is primarily remote within the contiguous United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME for the implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of ServiceNow HRSD and WSD suites
  • Advise stakeholders on underused ServiceNow features and innovative capabilities that align with organizational goals and roadmaps
  • Drive process automation strategies and identify opportunities for business value from ServiceNow's evolving offerings
  • Lead the configuration and functional enhancement of features, data models, and workflows in support of service delivery
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage product backlogs and release planning aligned with defined priorities
  • Coordinate and support release planning, testing (functional, integration, UAT), and documentation across multiple release cycles
  • Ensure platform alignment with ServiceNow upgrade cadence, plugin evaluations, and change impact assessments
  • Support configuration of complex reports, dashboards, and performance analytics tied to operational and employee experience goals
  • Collaborate with governance bodies and adhere to formal release management and change control processes
  • Provide functional documentation, knowledge sharing, and training to ensure product adoption and maintainability

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
    • Minimum 4 years of expertise in the area of specialization (ServiceNow HRSD/WSD)
    • Must be a U.S. citizen
    • Relevant certification and professional license/membership

    Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

    • Previous Federal Consulting Experience
    • Familiarity with platform integration best practices, agile methods, and enterprise release management
    • Knowledge of performance reporting, automation, or data analytics within ServiceNow workspaces
