As a Junior Sales Specialist, you'll be part of a stable and friendly team, playing a key role in expanding our retail partnerships and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with our network of retailers
Travel up to 30% of your time to develop the retailer portfolio and explore new business opportunities
Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners
Conduct market research and deliver key insights and strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For:
A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role; experience in the tech industry is a plus
Familiarity with the Romanian tech retail market
Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset with good numerical and detail-oriented abilities
Confident presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented spirit
Fluency in English
