Growth Marketing Associate

Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to help our team improve and scale our paid social program.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Noom’s paid social program, with a focus on new campaign launches, pacing and performance management, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Meta platform and performance-based optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conversion Optimization: Planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive specific conversions, such as leads, sales, or app installs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools and providing actionable insights.
  • Campaign & Ad Execution: Launching new campaigns and ads at scale in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Budget Management: Managing ad budgets, allocating spend across campaigns and channels, and maximizing return on investment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience running conversion-based campaigns in Meta
  • Experience at an ad agency running DR, e-commerce or retail accounts is a plus
  • Experience managing and tracking campaign performance against budget and performance goals
  • Experience launching a high volume of ad creative on a regular basis
  • Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting findings to internal stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to be scrappy and resourceful

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000 - $106,000.
    • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. 

Other Elements of the Rewards Package

  • Noom currently offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This package generally includes discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare & retirement benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, disability benefits and various wellness programs, etc.
