Role Summary

We are seeking a Digital Brand Designer to join our internal Design team to expand, uplevel and accelerate our web and digital presence. You will be instrumental in the evolution of our current brochuresite to a multi-faceted destination to serve our growing customer base, helping architect dynamic experiences through compelling visual storytelling and intuitive user journeys. The ideal candidate is comfortable at the intersection of design and development, passionate about bringing concepts to life through innovative solutions, meticulous in craft, and committed to problem-solving and shipping with urgency.

What you’ll do

  • Help architect the next evolution of our website, partnering with Marketing and Design to create a consistent and unified experience through site architecture, user journeys, design systems, and more

  • Translate visual or content concepts to functional, intuitive, beautiful web experiences with a deep and authentic love for sweating the details that make up exceptional craft.

  • Partner with optimization, SEO, and SEM leads to identify areas of opportunity on our site and develop solutions that incorporate best practices and improve performance. 

  • Develop page templates based on repeatable content archetypes, speeding up the design and development process. 

  • Uplevel web and digital experiences (e.g. email, social advertisement, events & webinars) through dynamic and intentional interaction, motion and animation

  • Expand Notable’s evolving brand, by contributing to and maintaining visual identity and design systems for the web and digital experiences

  • Proactively and meticulously triage priorities across new initiatives and ongoing maintenance and improvements, ensuring the highest quality through rigorous QA.

  • As a small, nimble team, ability to plug in and support initiatives across internal and external needs.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in-house working alongside small, nimble teams with a passion to unblock and creatively problem solve — with a portfolio that captures a range of projects and your individual contributions

  • Strong UX/interaction skillset to help push the envelope as to what’s possible, partnering alongside other brand designers to realize a shared vision.

  • Persuasive and humble in explaining your work, process, and decisions and fluent at facilitating stakeholders to advance the project with a high bar for design quality.

  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
