Customer Relationship Specialist (B2b) - West

Nutrafol is a pioneer in hair wellness, providing clinically tested products and exceptional customer support to help individuals grow into the best versions of themselves. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Specialist to enhance our customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and perform operational related duties.
  • Respond to and distribute customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Place in bound orders and pending orders on behalf of the Business Development Manager.
  • Manage the Growth Partner Platform onboarding process.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
