Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master in our Bloomfield, CT location, your key responsibilities will include leading Agile delivery efforts, facilitating essential Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives, and working closely with Product Owners to ensure that the backlog is aligned with business goals. To qualify for the Scrum Master role at our company, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (with a Master's highly preferred). Additionally, having over 5 years of extensive experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean is essential. Proficiency in using Jira for tracking and managing progress, strong facilitation skills, and Agile certifications are desirable attributes that will benefit your application.
