Customer Success Manager - SMB Segment

OpenSesame is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the SMB segment who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Regularly communicate with customers to increase engagement
  • Identify and drive opportunities to grow accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of the OpenSesame marketplace
