Customer Success Manager - SMB Segment

OpenSesame is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the SMB segment who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Responsible for renewals, account growth, churn rate, and customer satisfaction metrics
Regularly communicate with customers to increase engagement
Identify and drive opportunities to grow accounts
Develop a deep understanding of the OpenSesame marketplace
