Customer Success Manager - SMB Segment
OpenSesame is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the SMB segment who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.

- Ability to identify trends from customer feedback
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Responsible for renewals, account growth, churn rate, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Regularly communicate with customers to increase engagement
- Identify and drive opportunities to grow accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of the OpenSesame marketplace
