As the sole Performance Marketing Manager at Ostrom, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies and driving our online presence. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize our performance marketing efforts across various digital channels. We are looking for someone with very strong attention to detail who has experience managing large budgets.

Develop targeted performance marketing strategies, focusing on creative and cost-effective customer acquisition, to achieve company-wide growth goals.
Extensive experience in paid social and paid search.
Specialized in at least one performance channels while maintaining a generalist’s understanding of other marketing channels.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and build reports in Tableau to gather insights, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
Independently manage campaigns across different platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
2-3 years experience as a performance marketer.
Proven experience as a generalist in digital marketing, with a strong specialization in at least one channel.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, e.g. CPC, CVR, CAC, etc.
Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Mobile marketing experience.
Native German.
