Lineperson - First Shift

As a Lineperson at Our Home, you will be responsible for monitoring the production line, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and maintaining high product quality. Your duties will include preparing boxes and pallets for production, operating a taping machine, and checking the packaging for accuracy. Additionally, you will help remove trash, clean during changeovers, and perform various tasks as directed by your Supervisor to maintain an efficient production process.

The preferred qualifications for a Lineperson at Our Home include a high school diploma or equivalent. While prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial, it's not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication and teamwork skills, basic math skills for measuring, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The Lineperson position at Our Home typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This consistent schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance while being part of a fast-paced and dynamic team committed to producing quality snacks.
