Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams. This role involves leading user research, designing user flows, prototypes, and mockups, and facilitating cross-functional workshops. As a champion of customer-centric design, you’ll refine design processes and drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and define product requirements and ensure high-quality implementation.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to create seamless and impactful user experiences.

  • Plan and perform discovery activities and user research to inform design decisions.

  • Participate in and occasionally lead cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions using human-centered and design-thinking methodologies.

  • Partner with fellow designers to improve existing design practices and processes.

  • Advocate for customer-centric design throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer.

  • Advanced systems thinking and proficiency in design methodologies and processes (e.g., brainstorming, ideation, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, personas, journey mapping).

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage design projects independently.

  • Expertise in designing for desktop, mobile, and web applications.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard product design and research tools (e.g., Figma, Maze).

  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Strong UX-centric portfolio showcasing relevant work and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to address complex design challenges, including international markets.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in a SaaS company.

  • Experience working on B2B and/or B2B2C products.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.

  • Fluent in Spanish.
