Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Czech for inquiries regarding e-cigarette products
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and offer effective solutions
- Educate customers on proper usage and product features
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or e-cigarette industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products and regulations is a plus
