Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and enhance customer service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and effective solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
