We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Music Streaming Platform Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about music and committed to providing exemplary customer service to enhance the experience of our German-speaking users.


Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients regarding music streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription queries, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure follow-up on unresolved matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service efficiency.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, updates, and promotional offers.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the media, entertainment, or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
