Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding music streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, playlist creation, and subscription details.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
- Keep customers informed about new features, promotions, and changes to the service.
- Gather insights from customer interactions to contribute to service enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the music or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- A passion for music and an understanding of music streaming platforms.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
