Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordics-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, returns, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and company policies to provide timely information.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail sector is an advantage.
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
