In this position, you will engage with customers from the Nordics, assist them with their inquiries regarding apparel products, and provide personalized support to enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordics-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, returns, and order tracking.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on fashion industry trends and company policies to provide timely information.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail sector is an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in using technology and customer service software.
