Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support in Portuguese for transportation-related inquiries
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and service inquiries

- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Work closely with team members to improve service quality and processes
- Stay updated on transportation services and operational guidelines
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector
